Good stay. Easy access to trams to visit attractions. Breakfast was good

Everything is excellent except internet connection is not very reliable. The communication with manager first starts with ai agent and then connects you to a human who simply tells you internet is fine and all their network devices are working. Also there is no towel exchange despite the fact we stayed for 5 nights.

This hotel is excellent. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast extraordinary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't be happier. The room was on the smaller side, but it was all we needed and very typical for Europe. It was a hot day and having nice cold AC waa fabulous. Nice place in Vienna for a family. Within a quick uber or metro to all the main sites. Listing very accurate and essentials closet was helpful for things we needed extras on. Would recommend!

Numa is a fabulous new hidden gym in the heart of Vienna's 4 corners. While the main street itself is loud, the hotel is sound proof, irrelevant which side of the building you're on. Black out curtains & luxury bedding, wooden minimalistic dekor but 'at home' vibes. Nespresso machine, black & white D&D design bathrooms, great water pressure, tea kettle, & quiet! Easy check in & out w/ key pads, I found myself back a few times throughout my summer work travels. Many thanks, Numa!

The apartment is in an excellent location, a few minutes away from the U3 and U6 subway lines, major tram lines, and the West Train Station, which has shopping and food, and even an IKEA in an adjoining shopping center. I wasn't going to give this hotel 5 stars but some of this hotel staff saved our holidays. Basically we booked and asked for baby cot in the room and was not send to our room even though that we have asked the receptionist on duty to send one but again this was not send. I've called the reception in the evening and a receptionist (very friendly gentleman) provided us with a one mattress bed that we put on the floor and a baby cot. The room we got was huge, on a corner with a cool(ish) view. Hotel is directly across from a metro station so you can get anywhere fast.

Great Location within walking distance to all things within 1st District. New, clean and great amenities. Staff was super helpful. Great hotel for those with children as well. Would certainly recommend it.

Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!!
