On our last night, our flight was at night and they securely stored our luggage while we walked around for the day until it was time to head to the airport. Casa Antonieta was incredible! If you have the chance to stay here, you should without question. The staff here was so attentive and helpful with arrangements and recommendations. Their response time to emails was some times nearly instantaneous and everything they recommended was top notch. The room was spacious and relaxing, and had a shower with great water pressure. Cass Bonita is located in a residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes by car from the city. The hotel provides a shuttle until 5 pm. Our stay was perfect. The staff was extremely responsive, the rooms very comfortable and we were within walking distance of the Zocalo. We often walked back to Marialicia Suites at nighttime and never felt unsafe despite it being away from the action. I am rating this hotel as 5 stars as it's not a luxury hotel, but it's at the top of its class. Spotlessly clean, accommodating & friendly service. Embarrassingly I speak no Spanish, but the staff easily compensated.
This hotel is in a pleasant and easily walkable neighborhood. The rooms are nice, it's quiet, it's kept clean, and the rooftop deck is awesome.
But the best part is Emilio. He rushed out to help us with parking before we even got to the door. He reassured us about our travel plans after the disturbing events of late February 2026. If you're going to Ciudad Oaxaca, this is where you should stay.

This was a fantastic stay all around. The hotel is kept in excellent condition, the rooms are just the right size and the staff is probably the best I've dealt with in years. They were always willing to accommodate to make the experience a great one. Breakfast was included and was definitely a nice perk. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of Oaxaca. The location is close to all major sites, just about 4 blocks from Santo Domingo.

We stayed at parador San Miguel for 3 days,hotel has 3 levels with terraces for relaxing,our suite was fabulous with air conditioning,Jacuzzi,the most comfortable king bed and antiques everywhere,plants,trees and flowers are everywhere,making the hotel look like a tropical paradise,staff was extra friendly,food in restaurant was beyond delicious and we we sad to leave.Manuel and America,the proprietors,speak perfect english,Manuel having been educated in San Francisco.FABULOSO!!!
