The place is in a safe area where is easy to walk to there zócalo (center if the city) and the markets. The staff was friendly and helpful and helped us call a cab to take us to the airport. This a good place to sleep only as it is not a regular hotel; although there is help 24hrs. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very much a place where you don’t spend a lot of time at. The walls are very thin and you can hear every cough, dropped item, etc. it was annoying when you’re trying to sleep but people were conversing at night. WIFI was not good, and would only work for 1 minute before kicking you out. The blinds are very see through. I actually ended up using a blanket to cover the window so that no one could peak in. Water is hot. Overall, just ok and a place for me to sleep.
