This hotel is a classic Hungarian style hotel. From the very first moment the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, well thought out and had all the basic amenities available.
The spa was everything we expected and was a very healthy addition to our stay. We had no problems with the cleanliness. We will probably return just for a spa day, we liked it that much.

Outstanding hotel. It was well located, well appointed, comfortable with all the conveniences one expects. The bar area was nice, the staff very friendly and helpful and the bonus was a laundry right across from our room. Washer and dryer and free!!
First we hesitated to book it because there were not many reviews. Later we found put that the hotel just opened two months ago. So glad we did book it! The hotel is brand new, clean, beautifully decorated. Staff is great, very attentive, patient. Definitely a five star in a great Budapest location- many great restaurants and bars in five minute walking distance. Best location for shopping as the West End mall is less than 10 minutes away by walking. Would stay here again for sure.
24 hour coffee free, very expensive shampoo, lotion, conditioner body and hand wash more than enough free, comfortable memory foam mattress, staff helped above and beyond. Walked to St. Stephen's Basilica, Parliament, Chain Bridge, had an amazing haircut for $20 across the street.
This place is awesome, the hotel is beautiful and their breakfast is incredible! My husband and I looked forward to breakfast every morning. When I left the hotel in a rush; I realized I lost my ipad at the airport, I called the hotel, they found my ipad in the room and had it shipped to me. Totally trust the staff there and will stay again…
Nice, unique and well managed property. We enjoyed our room and were happily surprised by the variety quality and quantity of breakfast foods! From scrambled eggs with cheese to hummus, fresh fruits, sausage,bacon and pastries. All served with espresso or coffee and prosecco if you choose. Staff arranged our taxi back to the airport and had a bagged breakfast prepared for the trip. Many lovely complimentary items including wine at check in and nespresso and tea. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. Superb location and amenities but above all the staff are amazing. From the excellent manager on down - just everyone who works in this hotel is an outstanding professional. We have stayed at about 30 hotels on our current 5 week European trip and this hotel was the best so far.
