The hotel is brand new so all facilities are in great shape. The bathroom could be bigger but nothing that would negatively impact on the overall experience. The staff were lovely. Lounge downstairs with a nice bar with good options and some grab and go 24/7 options as well. Hydration stations on each floor makes life easier. I would recommend to always turn on the “do not disturb” signal, if you plan to be in the room after 10am. The location is perfect, we walked the entire city and it was easy to find nice spots for food and drinks around the area. I would definitely go back and recommend.

The location of the hotel is absoutley perfect for exploring the city and for going to many bars around the 'ruinbar' area. The rooms are spacious, modern and ours was spotless. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and allowed us to check in early at no extra cost. The only issue I have with this hotel is funnily enough the doors on the rooms.... they need to be slammed to be closed and they do my make a loud bang. The cleaners especially when going in and out of rooms. I would still recommend this hotel if you have busy days and early mornings planned.

Hotel was in a great location. Within walking distance from lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, landmarks. The rooms were an odd layout & lacking basic things like a fridge, kettle & phone in the room. This was frustrating for when you needed to speak to staff as there was often a long queue at reception. However - staff were very helpful and friendly. Saying that - our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days of our stay & we had to ask for it to be cleaned on the 3rd. The bar staff upstairs were great. They gave us a complimentary glass of lemonade whilst we waited for our room to be cleaned. Overall, this was an okay stay. I would not return, however, this has no reflection on the staff. If you want somewhere for a couple of nights with a great location, this hotel would be for you.

This was a lovely hotel and in a perfect location for sightseeing the city. Breakfast was buffet and an additional toaster would really help reduce the queues. Staff worked hard to keep food replenished. My issue with this hotel is they do a pre-authorisation on your card. This charge and the cost of the hotel took a number of days to be processed. It sat as a pending payment on my account for a number of days.I emailed the hotel to query why the cost on my card was higher than the price I booked through hotels.com they said it was because of the exchange rate. Despite a number of emails this matter still isn’t resolved and I have asked my bank to intervene. Very disappointed with this as it spoilt a lovey stay (ran the marathon, highly recommend) I am back in Budapest soon and unfortunately won’t use this hotel again.
