"Väldigt bra läge precis vid stranden med havsutsikt och nära till restuaranger, strandpromenad och shopping. Fanns mycket aktiviteter att göra men minus för att allt var så dyrt.
Lägenheten var toppen och fint skick men vi fick ingen städning på hela veckan då vi hade bokat själva och inte genom resebyrå.
Minus också för att AC:n i sovrummet inte fungerade och det var plus 30 grader hela veckan. AC i allrummet fungerade bra.

"Very well presented property within an easy walk of the main restaurant strip and the old town. Extensive resort style amenities and very helpful staff. Makarska was a surprisingly delightful town, full of life but without the hustle and bustle of other locations. Highly recommended."

Amazing stay! The room was really nice with a view of the beach. The location was perfect...about a 10 min stroll along her boardwalk to town. Highly recommend.
I have never been at a hotel that I’ve had such a strong desire to return to. I am planning on booking two weeks next year as soon as I get home and look at my schedule. Nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! It blew my mind
Hidden gem in a sea of options. A bit of a hilly walk down to the beach but after eating your weight in beach gelato-it’s a welcome jaunt to get steps in and burn off the calories.
The area is a bit busy but we liked the location to get to other less crowded beaches.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing-I will miss it terribly and will not be able to stomach DIY waffle makers and stale tasteless pastries in US hotels. Staff was helpful and extremely attentive.

Very nice, big and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms. Nice view from balcony, around 20 seconds to restaurants,beach and supermarkets.The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. One of the staff members, Mario, actually brought us some fresh coconuts in the morning...it doesn't get much better than that!
One of the better surprises. Used to regular oldness from the hotel staff elsewhere in Croatia, the receptionist here was full of smiles and extremely helpful. So were the other staff. A bit kitchy living room furniture design is completely forgotten if you get one of the apartments overlooking the beach. They have lovely terraces, ideal for drinking wine and people watching.
The room was huge. Bed very comfy. Huge outdoor terrace overlooking the harbor.

We just left Hotel Tamaris and I could not wait to write a review! Parking was a breeze/free. We were greeted at reception by the friendliest lady (unfortunately did not get her name) who checked us in quickly and efficiently. We were given an amazing room with the prettiest view of the sea! There was plenty of space for 3 adults with the double bed and pull out bed, all of which were very comfortable.
