I was completely satisfied. The bedding was comfortable and inviting. The room was quiet, the bathroom was perfect. The building is beautifully designed and interesting. There is great access to the city from the location. The breakfast was filling and reliably tasty.
Location is amazing … staff are helpful and nice … AC was good and very suitable for the price … breakfast was over priced for the variety … and since most times I used to go down around 10 many items were not present … otherwise everything was perfect
Nice and quiet hotel close to city center and with many options of transportation.
The room was spacious, comforfable, well designed and had a great view (5th floor room).
One little thorn is the Breakfast which isn't very diversified, food was just OK.
The absolute most helpful and kind staff!!! The apartments are beautiful, quiet, safe and in a great location in central Sofia. The staff went out of their way to help when my flight was delayed and arranged a driver and contacted my tour company so I could still go to Rila Monastery the next day. They truly went above and beyond. Would definitely only stay here again when I come back to Sofia!
Was charged 40 Euros for parking eventhough reservation stated Free Parking.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful doorman and thus, our delightful experience had begun. There was a quaint wine reception in the lobby with local favorite snacks, delightful wines, and exquisite baked goods. The breakfast was scrumptious! Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Honestly, I have stayed at many hotels throughout the world and The Thracia Hotel is definitely among the top places I've ever visited.

The hotel is easily accessible from the main Vitosha Blvd - it's just a 2 min walk. With had issues with our airlines: our luggage was missing so we couldn't charge the cellphone as the charger was in the bag. When we came to our room on the third floor, we had a little surprise - Niky hotel has the iPhone and android phone charger in their rooms. The manager also handled the luggage delivery from the airport on our behalf, so we did not need to deal with it. Employees are smiling, they speak...
Nice hotel with very friendly staff.
Apartments are large, clean and pretty well equipped.
Location is ok, with the center about 12 minutes away, by taxi, wich we paid about 3.5 euro for.
Bulgaria Mall and metro stop only 5 minutes away by feet.
Numerous grocery stores and restaurants in the area (recommend Djanam Steak House. Best steak I found in Bulgaria so far. A bit pricey but wonderful food and service)
I can't recommend this hotel enough. Big thumbs up.
