I had a great time During my quarantine, staff are friendly and food was good It’s more than enough! Love the room so spacious and quite, and I love the rainFall shower. Would definitely come back in my next visit.

I did not know that this resort was undergoing a soft opening upon our visit. We had searched on Agoda and Orbitz and this place kept popping up. Photos looked good and the rates seemed a good value. Imagine being swept off your feet at all avenues during a hotel stay because that’s what this place does. I booked the oceanfront villa and WOW!!! This hotel puts that extra personal touch on class and service. Along with my villa I received tea, snacks, welcome necklace and separate personalized check in away from the crowd. Just feel like if I’m paying the extra fee to go to the executive lounge, they should be a little more understanding in people‘s needs and wants

Equivalent to a Vegas hotel costing at least 5 times as much. Staff was very helpful. Only weird thing was the airport like security entering the hotel, complete with x-ray machines. They detected a leatherman, two mini leatherman, and scissors in my bag and took them away, holding them until I checked out. I will definitely stay again!

There was this girl named LARA at roomservice who's extremely rude. When reported, she tried making excuses over the phone saying that she thought we're done so she hung up. Funny, we met her back on 5th floor. No smile, no greeting, same rudeness. We also work at a hospitality business and having this kind of employee is a liability. If you are in Mandaue City Cebu and dont want to spend a lot then this is the place for you. Very clean location. Clean rooms and quite location. They boost a great buffet style free breakfast. I will defiantly be staying again. Best kept secret in Cebu.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Pools were great and because they are large and spread out never felt crowded. The beach is OK. Nothing spectacular but the area around it is very well maintained. I knew this before going so was not at all disappointed. Great location coz it’s attached to Robinsons. I loved it that they call taxi for you & write down # along with your room #. Felt very safe & the hotel was very spacious & clean.
