Hotels in San Tumas

We stayed twice in this property during our trip to Malta. We checked in at night because our flight landed after midnight. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. They gave us a beautiful room with modern bathroom and sauna. Pity the sofa was not made into a sofa bed and all three of us had to sleep on the bed (by the way, the bed and pillows and linen are amazing). Breakfast was good, with wide choice of menu items, however I didn't like the taste of eggs.

Very good hotel. Nice staff, very clean, conveniently located.

Great staff! Flawless execution

Everyone at the front desk was friendly, capable, and extremely professional. The breakfast was good and the service in the restaurant was also very good. Our room was very nice and sitting in our Jacuzzi late at night and/or in the morning was REALLY nice. On our last day, we did hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, but the maid decided to open the door anyway while we were inside. This could have been an awkward situation, but luckily everyone in the room had clothes on. Honestly...

Very happy about our stay at San Karlu Hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern with all amenities. The breakfast was outstanding and the employees were great. The hotel was centrally located surrounded by historic buildings and great restaurants.

BOOK IT!! Perfect location. Couldn't be happier. Modern, nice amenities, professional and super nice staff. Prosecco and cold washcloth on arrival. 24hr desk, pool, spa, restaurant. Not too big/impersonal and not too small. Beautiful renovation. Given age of the building there may be a layout quirk or two. There is a water station on every floor so you can refill bottles. Booked transport to/from airport thru the hotel and couldn't be happier (we usually do ourselves). For those travelling from...

This is hotel is extraordinary. Set right in the center of Valletta, you cannot ask for a better location. As soon as you open it’s doors you feel the tranquility of this perfect hotel. A renovated palace, meticulously maintaned it’s the perfect spot to explore Malta. Our suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed, two renovated batrooms - perfect for an extended stay. Staff was attentive and helpful in every way. A special mention to Sandra, whose recommendations were right on point. Her help...

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in!

Amazing property, highly recommends visiting, in the center of town, plenty of attractions nearby and Incredible architecture of the hotel itself.

The hotel was very convenient to all the sites in Valletta. We were able to check in early. The staff spoke English and were very helpful.

First i have start by how incredible the staff was. They were curtious, friendly and always eager to assist. The location was centrally located in Valletta with easy access everywhere. The roof top happy hour were nice. Though i recommend they keep it open to at least sunset so you can experience it from the rooftop. Highly recommend this location.

This hotel is wonderful, it's comfortable, well-designed and in a good location, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we're in Malta in the future.

This is a beautiful hotel over all. The property is fantastic. The service is terrific. The breakfast was amazing. The beds however are horrific. It’s like laying on a blanket covered slab of concrete. Hotels are in the business of sleep and should make comfort a number one priority. It’s like dipping a white table cloth in mud. The beds need to be replaced with something of real quality, like Hästens Beds, to match the beauty of the Hotel.

Very nice hotel. Great location in central Valletta. Most of the staff is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Good amenities. Couldn't check in when we got there, so we left our bags and toured the city. When we returned, the room was ready and the bags had already been brought up.

Excellent staff, great property and fantastic brunch spread. Would book again, highly recommended and great location close to all downtown clubs, restaurants and bars

We stayed one night. Very nice hotel. We had a large room with balcony over looking the pool and river. Several restaurants, nice bar, pool. There is a spa but we did not use it. They have a shuttle to town. We road to town and walked back. Ten minute walk.

Very clean, great staff ,
