Julien responded by phone right after we booked and then we communicated by WhatsApp. He also arranged the car rental for us. Junior picked us up at the airport and brought us back. This place is perfect for worldly travelers with children. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment. It came with a small, well equipped kitchenette on the veranda. Perfect for cooking meals with spectacular sunset views and star gazing. Housekeeping services were provided with towel exchanges in the middle of the week. We stayed at La Toubana in July 2017. The staff was very welcoming and the restaurant even provided dinner for us on our first night even though we arrived past closing due to a 7 hour flight delay. Nice place with full air condition. The written WIFI code is a wrong code so do not waste your time using it. You can call the guy to give the correct code. The place has no kitchen. I was initially under the impression that it got one. Generally, I like the place because I got enough area to do my walking exercises and I can easily catch buses to do my business.
The staff is very friendly and attentive and the decor is top notch. Would recommend to anyone seeking a taste of the city and wanting a charming comfortable home base.
