"Nice hotel in a good area. A special commendation to the lady on the front desk who reassured us and helped us contact the airline after a Rwanda airlines cancelled it flight. Really helpful and kind."
"Amazing spot, clean and comfortable as well as reasonably priced. Great facilities. Checked in around 23:00 the staff was great from check in to check out. Definately my to go place in Kigali"
"Luma & Lua! Unique is an under statement, service delivery was top-notch, the stay was worth every dollar i paid. I am definitely recommending to family and friends and this will be my go-to place whenever i'm in Kigali.
Thanks :)"
"Nice, new hotel with a great restaurant and super friendly staff. There were some minor idiosyncrasies, had the run the shower for a few minutes before the water warmed up, dark curtains didn’t cover the width of the windows…but it was clean and comfortable. "
"I originally booked another hotel that ended up being under maintenance so Expedia transferred me to Igitego. There was a bit of arranging amongst the staff at first, but they made the transition feel very easy. Meals were delicious and filling. The three main staff members who cared for me went above and beyond to create a memorable and hospitable stay."

Imagine soaking up the atmosphere at Stade Amahoro, a stadium in Remera. If you think Stade Amahoro is cool, you also might like BK Arena, located nearby.
Incredibly warm hospitality from the owners and all the staff - breakfast was outstanding, as was all the food overall just phenomenal stay. I was in Kigali for a conference at the KCC, and it was very convenient - short, safe walk. The owners put on a 'cultural evening' on my last night, and it was delightful - it felt authentic, joyful, and with the local staff taking part in the clapping and songs, it was a welcoming, fun evening of Rwanda. I couldn't recommend this hotel more - and will...
It's a beautiful place generally, d staffs r wonderful n caring. Food is excellent but a bit expensive. We r coming back, we enjoyed our stay. I recommend to all
small room but clean, the staff was extremely helpful, I got there later and had to leave early the next day, the staff tried to get me to a restaurant for a meal.. no luck
This was a fantastic place to stay the staff was great very attentive. The location was great close to amenities and quiet. The one complaint I would have is the breakfast was okay and the menu very limited, but overall I will be staying many more times.
