El personal en general, camaristas, recepción, cocineros, todo muy bien.

Would definitely stay again! The only issue we had was we were asked to leave the pool area for bringing outside food. Only in house food is allowed, I just wish we were told ahead of time. Other than that service and the hotel were excellent. They even have infant cribs!

This is a nice small hotel located on the main artery in Leon. The room was large and comfortable and has all the amenities of a large one. The only complaint I would have is the need for a mat for the shower it becomes slick and having washcloths. The staff were wonderful and helpful with any need that arose. I highly recommend this place for any stay in Leon. The hotel is centrally located and just a short drive to the city center and shopping is close by along with America's favorite coffee...

I choose this hotel for its proximity to the yearly fair in Leon. The last time I stayed in this wonderfully tranquil & friendly city of Leon; I was up the street in their sister hotel also a Holiday Inn. The convention center location is slightly off the main drag known as the leather district, it was very quiet and relaxing with pool services.
