El mantenimiento y la limpieza del hotel son terribles. Se ve que en sus años mozos fue un excelente hotel, pero como tiene alfombra desde pasillos hasta cuartos, viejísima y súper sucia. Se ve que no les han dado mantenimiento desde que los compraron. Además, el cuarto olía horrible a humedad. Hablé con el personal y no me quisieron cambiar el cuarto. Tuve que dejar abierto y el aire a lo máximo para más o menos poder pasar la noche. "The maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel are terrible. You can tell that in its early years it was an excellent hotel, but since it has carpet from the hallways to the rooms, which is extremely old and super dirty, it’s clear they haven’t done any maintenance since they bought it. On top of that, the room smelled horribly of dampness. I spoke with the staff and they didn’t want to change my room. I had to leave the windows open and set the air conditioning to the maximum just to barely get through the night."

Le hace falta renovar alfombrado ya estan muy viejas las alfombras de pasillos, la habitacion muy bien cama muy confortable buenas sabanas y almohadas regadera con buena presion y agua caliente a toda hora eso se agradece asi como el que tienen frascos grandes de jabón liquido, shampoo y acondicionador de buena calidad y aroma. El personal muy atento, la alberca le hace falta mantenimiento el agua a pesar de que indican que es calentada con caldera se encontraba fría y algo sucia por hojas que caen de los arboles así como que el agua estaba turbia. Es un hotel bonito pero se le ven los años y un poco de falta de manteniemiento general, sin embrago si regresaria.

El Hotel es algo viejo, las alfombras se obervan sucias, así como cortinas, instalaciones de baño, etc., pero en general está bien, las recamaras estan limpias y con lo necesario para descansar. El estacionamiento está muy lejano de la recepción, por lo que hay que caminar bastante con tus pertenencias y el Lobby, en ocasiones está congestionado. El Buffet es bueno y suficiente a un buen precio ,pero las mesas sillas ya están muy usadas y te hundes en ellas. En general es buena la relación costo vs beneficio.

Es un hotel muy cumplidor por el precio que pagas. Habitación amplia, con todos los servicios, le falla un poco la señal de Internet por el tipo de construcción. Limpio. Si quieres ahorrar, esté es tu hotel. Pero si eres fijado, vas a notar muchos detalles de mantenimiento (pisos del baño sin pulir, llaves con sarro, alfombra vieja, etc) pero aun así le pongo un 8/10. Si este hotel arreglara los detalles sería de 2 a 3 veces más caro de lo que cobra por noche.
