A tranca da porta estava em péssimo estado, comprometendo a segurança. A pia vazava, o ventilador fazia muito barulho, e o conforto é muito ruim: cama desconfortável, travesseiros finos e cabeceira estrutura de tijolo. Falta total de manutenção e organização. "Friendly and helpful staff! Good location and a good breakfast buffet. The hotel is old and in need of some maintenance in the rooms but, it is budget friendly in a good location with good amenities and a good breakfast so, I will definitely use it again. Another positive is that a car garage can be used around the corner for R$ 30 per day."

"The room was a little worn and the shower had mildew. The staff was nice but the card had to be reactivated daily in order to get back into our room at night. We stayed for 4 nights so it was inconvenient. The elevator also broke several times during our stay and we were on the 14th floor. There are nice cafeterias nearby and was close to family we were visiting."
