Experiência muito ruim e falta de consideração com o hóspede Tivemos uma experiência extremamente desagradável. Chegamos por volta das 13h, com uma criança de colo e muitas bagagens, e fomos obrigados a esperar até as 14h sentados no sofá da recepção. O atendimento foi rude e demonstrou pouquíssima empatia. Um A situação ficou ainda pior porque o elevador estava quebrado. Informamos isso à equipe e deixamos claro que estávamos com uma criança de colo e muitas malas, mas, mesmo assim, fomos colocados em um dos andares mais altos do hotel, tornando o acesso extremamente difícil e desconfortável. Também tivemos problemas com o estacionamento. No aplicativo consta que o hotel possui estacionamento, mas, ao chegarmos, descobrimos que ele é pago. Além disso, existem duas vagas na calçada em frente ao hotel. Perguntei se poderia deixar o carro ali, e fui informado de que o hotel não se responsabiliza pelo veículo. Entendo que o hotel tenha horários definidos para check-in, mas esperava bom senso e consideração diante das circunstâncias. Hoje pela manhã ao sair do quarto já haviam camareiras limpando e arrumando outros quartos (8h da manhã) ou seja, o ato de esperar o checkin até as 14h foi considerado má fé. Com criança de colo, muitas malas e o elevador quebrado, o mínimo seria oferecer uma solução adequada. Infelizmente, foi uma experiência muito abaixo do esperado,até pelo valor, marcada por falta de empatia, informações pouco claras e atendimento inadequado

Limpeza boa. Colchão horrível. Frigobar não fecha a porta direito. Ao final o hotel queria cobrar noventa reais pelo estacionamento. Na pesquisa, busquei hotel que tivesse estacionamento. Nunca fui cobrado por estacionamento em hotéis. Me recusei a pagar o estacionamento. Tive que assinar um documento dizendo que não fiz uso do estacionamento, mas usei os dias que fiquei hospedado.
