"Tivemos uma boa experiência no Hotel Serras. É uma excelente opção pelo custo-benefício: instalações boas e bem conservadas, ambiente limpo, tranquilo e seguro, além de ter uma localização de fácil acesso e próxima à região central de Cuiabá.
Não é uma proposta de hotel de luxo ou cinco estrelas, mas entrega muito bem aquilo que oferece. Para quem procura um lugar confortável, organizado, seguro e com um preço acessível, considero uma ótima escolha.

"Nice hotel, lovely helpful staff . Rooms a bit tired but have everything you need. There is a decent size pool. Not close to any restaurants but there is the hotel restaurant open all day with nice food. Good breakfast. Took us about 15 mins to the airport in a quiet time of day."

If museums are on your list of things to see, you might want to browse the collections at Rondon Museum in UFMT. If you want to see more of the museums in Cuiabá, Historical Museum of Mato Grosso isn't far either.
A decade of excellence, though rooms could use a refresh
I have been staying at the Delmond for over ten years, and the service remains consistently excellent. The staff is wonderful, the valet service is seamless, and the overall experience is always high-quality.

Great location, newer beds and linens, the portion to where we stayed seemed to be recent renovated. Only downfall was the breakfast, I would expect nicker and fresh bread for the price, cheese bread was hard as a rock and some eggs packed (sort of if) dry as well. I want to pointed out that we got to the breakfast room at 9:15am on Sunday and they were closing at 10:00am.
Modern, clean, comfortable. Checkin was a hassle because we did not get the required “codes” prior to arrival (Hotel has no reception desk, check in is done using app on phone. App is in Português only). Also, WiFi code stopped working after one day and we had to contact a remote help desk to have security guard bring us new code. Staff that was in building were very helpful in assisting us with check in.
One last thing, packs of barking dogs and roosters nearby were annoying.
