"Nice staff. Breakfast was good but crowded. Lobby smell like sewer. But I’m guessing that was just a problem for that one day. I don’t think it’s like this every day. They did have a pianist play in the loby, which was very nice. And they accommodated parking with valet for 55. Which was great."

I don’t even know how to start. Wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly. I stayed there for more than two weeks. I had surgery and they went above and beyond to make feel comfortable. The hotel is very safe, very clean and in the middle of everything you can possible need. The only thing I can say is thanks for everything they have done for me.
The staff here was the best we had for our 7 night stay in Brazil. They were extremely helpful with everything, even though we didn't speak Portuguese. The hotel was within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, restaurants, beach). The beds weren't the best we've had but everything else made that seem fine too. They even let us use the roof-top pool and shower after we had checked out. Thank you!

Um Hotel muito aconchegante, tudo muito limpo, pricipalmente o quarto. Atendimento na recepção muito bom, as menians uma simpatia. Comida restaurante do hotel muito boa também. Uma quadra da praia de Balneário e 3 a 4 quadras de um dos pontos turisco que é a roda gigante. Voltarei a me hospedar
