Único ponto positivo foram a equipe de funcionários… O quarto com iluminação baixa (lâmpada central queimada), banheiro com baratas pequenas… hotel em reforma, mas parecia quase abandonado, mas em relação aos quartos, pois piscina e cozinha (café da manhã) estavam muito bons!

Hotel com excelente localização e um bom café da manhã. O quarto e o banheiro estavam limpos, porém, colocaram uma porta no box do banheiro que não era compatível, sendo necessário segurá-la durante todo o banho para não alagar o banheiro. Outro aspecto negativo foi o estacionamento: no site consta estacionamento, no entanto, esse fica bem distante do hotel (BC Park), tendo a recepcionista informado que era logo do outro lado da rua. No geral, é um hotel bom, fazendo jus à tarifa cobrada.

O estacionamento fica a quase 300 metros do hotel, o chuveiro do quarto não fechava, ficou pingando a noite toda. As lâmpadas do quarto só funcionava a central e o restante queimadas. Esse hotel era super bom , localização e custo benefício. Não retorno mais nesse hotel.

Bem vou descrever em poucas palavras , quarto cheio de baratas , infiltrações nas paredes e cheias de mofo , tv e ar condicionado ( para aquecer ) sem funcionar. Não posso culpar os funcionários pois tentaram de alguma forma ajudar , mas cabe a ADM rever isso. Café regular , em fim nunca mais irei à este hotel , vou sempre a Balneário com minha família e amigos, e já tive algumas vezes neste hotel . Mas retorno a dizer nunca mais irei nele .

Avaliação:O Hotel Açores foi uma escolha fantástica para a minha viagem. A localização é imbatível: fica na Avenida Brasil, a poucos passos da Praia Central e pertinho de todo o comércio, restaurantes e atrativos da cidade. Dá para fazer tudo a pé!O quarto é espaçoso, as camas são muito confortáveis e o chuveiro é excelente. O café da manhã também é muito bom, servido no estilo buffet com uma boa variedade de pães, bolos e frutas para começar o dia com energia.A área da piscina externa é uma delícia para relaxar no fim da tarde. Como ponto de melhoria, em dias de lotação máxima na alta temporada os elevadores podem demorar um pouquinho, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a experiência.Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Recomendo bastante para quem busca praticidade, conforto e quer ficar perto do agito de Balneário Camboriú!
