"The room is a little bit small than I thought. I booked a twin room and expect there are 2 bed separate. However the room is too small so it is only 2 separate mattresses puting together.
Besides that, everything is fine. I super love it's rooftop view! Super beautiful for watching Tokyo Skytree (and should be excellent for watching Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival)"
"This hotel is very convenient to go to Sensoji. And there are a lot of restaurants around. You won’t get hungry at night too because the hotel provides free ramen for your late snack. After a long day shopping outside, you can enjoy onsen in the hotel after. This is one of the best hotel in Asakusa."

Very good location and close to Tokyo Station. We really appreciate the receptionist, Mr. Lau, he went extra miles to accommodate to our needs. Will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.
The place exceeded my expectations. Very clean and spacious. The staff was very polite and professionally. The hotel is near a train station and many places to eat and bar hopping if you are in the mood. We highly recommend this place and the price point wss excellent.
The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.
This hotel is close by Senso-ji temple and various subway lines. The area around the hotel is usually quiet and they have a cafe with a store inside. Overall, not bad.
Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo.
The hotel's ambiance was simply beautiful, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for a city known for compact spaces. Its prime location, just a 5-minute walk from a JR line, made navigating Tokyo incredibly convenient. Extremely comfortable stay at onyado nono bettei. The hotel annex just opened in January of 2024 and is very clean and inviting. The service is exemplary and location is prime. Roughly 15 minute walk to asakusa station, 2 minute walk to sensoji temple, and 5 minutes to asakusa view hotel to take a limousine bus to the airport. Hotel connected to large mall. 6 - 8 minute walk to 2 different train lines. Lobby of hotel is on 2nd floor and little difficult to find. Free shuttle from mall to higashi ginza, ginza, and haneda terminal 3. 1 train station away from toyosu senkyaku banrai and fish auction.
The stay was great, I'm not a big fan of tiny orthopedic pillow, but that's personal. Customer service was superb, a few minutes from okimachi stations and a ramen place that's ALWAYS have a line (but not too long), yummy!
Great location in Asakusa! Convenient to multiple train lines, food, shopping and temple grounds. Rooms are bigger than anticipated but minimal storage, no drawers and small closet. Premier lounge was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. 4th floor izakaya style food court was not up to par and disappointing, chose elsewhere to eat. Kobe restaurant is over priced and seldom busy. Uniglo store was a great! Don Quixote is a tourist trap and overpriced! Recommend and would return.
It’s beautiful room. My husband & kids loved here. The location is so convenient with many restaurants nearby, close to station & market with a short walking distance. The park in front of hotel is so beautiful with cherry blossoms. The staff is so friendly & nicely. Front desks are fast service & come to our room to instruct us how to use washer/dryer machine.
We will recommend friends staying here & we definitely come bac. Everything is perfect.
