Hotels in Benidorm Centro

"On arrival I was informed I had been upgraded. My room was very comfortable. The bed was fabulous, great pillows, very supportive which is rare in Spain. The bathroom was spotless which is what matters most but there were some stains on the wall near the desk that looked like all they needed was a magic eraser to clean them up. The wardrobe had plenty of hangers and smelt good, all wood. The staff here are very smiley and will readily chat with you if you engage with them. There's alot to entertain the kids here including a unique outside play area complete with trampolines. Spa which is extra charge is not really a spa. There's a sauna, steam room, hot and cold water feature with stones to walk over and 2 water jets in the small pool for muscle pummeling. This area is in need of an upgrade for sure. The lighting is harsh, not spa like whatsoever. The seats around the pool are not for laying back to zone out and relax. And there isn't much room to walk between chairs and pool edge. Whilst I was gently swimming a mature, Spanish woman spoke to me with a raised voice and when I said I didn't understand she became grumpy and repeated herself as if that would make me understand. Turns out she wanted to switch the water jets off so she could swim unhindered. I felt uncomfortable and certainly not relaxed at that point. The food served is great, very good selection for most tastes. The bar seemed understaffed when I was there. The drinks were fresh and well presented. "

"Busy place and in my opinion the staff deserve a medal as they worked through Christmas Day. I think the hotel chain or Expedia should give the staff a reward. Fantastic team at fiesta park, who made all feel welcome. On a side note, I think you would struggle to find better food in Benidorm. The kitchen staff produced amazing food. And on a large scale. If anyone’s passing through these comments and is trying to work out a hotel, then honestly give fiesta park a try. Thanks :) "

"Pre christmas break with grandaughter. Booked here as it had an indoor heated pool . Food options good. Evening entertainment good. Great location for winter wonderland, ice skating . "
