"I enjoyed a 1 night stopover. Convenient location to airport. 24 hr Shuttle service was excellent as plane was delayed so didnt need to worry sbout being late or missing the service. Breakfast also good. Would stay again."
"I stayed for one night at this hotel - what clearly stands out is the customer service orientation of their staff - very friendly, helpful. You feel they really care to make sure one has a great stay.
Overall the hotel is clean, quiet, spacious rooms, comfy beds - all good. Very convenient airport shuttle on call.

The little village of Westmeadows is just down the hill and is so cute. The Moonee ponds track leads to lovely walkways, views and if you go up the hill from the hotel you get great views of the city that take your breath away! "

Had a 6am buffet breakfast and it was fantastic....perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages delicious and great fuel for a big day ahead in Bendigo attending a funeral. Thank you to all the great staff"

The staff are wonderful, the room was spotless and the 180 degree city view was a game changer.
Being in the CBD, it is surrounded by restaurants, bars & theatres.

"It was just a great little place to stay. It's surprisingly quiet, friendly staff at the desk, convenient location.....it was perfect for my business trip.
The only negative feedback is the bedside phones. They are very big and outdated. I think there's some better options.

Our stay was transitional as we had an early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport. We were offered an early check in which was great. Staff were friendly and offered suggestions on local area. The unit was perfect. Very clean and spacious. We would be interested in a longer term stay next time we are in Melbourne.
I didn’t arrive at the Hotel until after 3am and checked out early, so wasn’t really there long enough to really rate the Hotel properly. I slept through breakfast so missed that. But definitely want to give a big shout out to the fellow on the Reception. Once I got up to my room for whatever reason my combination lock on my suitcase would not unlock and I was getting quite upset as I couldn’t open it. I called the Hotel and the same fellow at Reception came straight up to help me. He managed to...
I enjoyed my stay staff were very helpful , room was clean, bed very comfortable,
I was only there one night but everything seemed right and would stay there again.
As a person in a wheelchair, I appreciated the simple layout of the rooms. Easy place to store my chair (I'm always looking for the place of the outlets) and pretty simple desk chairs to use. The beds are always too high for me so I always need to boost myself with the desk chairs.
Some hotels go over the top with their desk chairs making it hard to climb into bed. But this was pretty straight forward.
Perfect location for getting around the city. Breakfast amazing and the service was top notch. We will stay again when we are in Melbourne so happy we found this little gem.
