"Room was not very large but packed in kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with small veranda with view over the nature reserve opposite. Staff were welcoming enthusiastic and very helpful they made the stay so good. The roof top bar was good to sit in the sun although the bar only serves in the summer. "
"If you are happy to take a 15 minute walk into the city centre, this is a great location, on the edge of the city easier to get to than some city centre hotel, parking is great as was our spacious clean room. I didn't need to bother the staff, but they were friendly, helpful & on hand if required. Breakfast was excellent, no cooked items (not a problem) but more than enough of everything to start your day. A place to stay again and again."
"We had a wonderful Birthday break staying here. The hotel was clean, great amenities (including pool, gym, lounge area) But what really outshone everything was the staff. They were so lovely and friendly, gave us some fabulous recommendations and a little map with information. We were even surprised to find our room stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, fruit, yoghurts and pastries. If we travel to Santander in the future we will definitely stay here again ⭐️ Thank you ☺️"

We were very happy with our one night in Santander. The hotel was definitely a great place to relax. It was right in the center of tow, near the port and all other transportation hubs.
A short walk and escalator ride to all that Santander has to offer. Our room had a lovely view of the bay. Enormously helpful and friendly staff, who went out of their way to assist us!
We enjoyed this charming, boutique, Hotel. It’s conveniently located between three important points in Santander: Downtown, Puerto Chico and the Sardinero 2 all the fabulous beaches. There is no breakfast bar, but the staff leaves breakfast foods and lots of coffee in each room. I highly recommend this Hotel.
