The coffee was top notch. The pool was super nice with comfortable sun lounges . Everything was very clean. Our room was cleaned too perfection every day. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
"Clean room , exactly as shown in pictures , great and attentive staff members extremely friendly , amazing breakfast one of the best I’ve had on my road trip would definitely visit again"
"Easy check in. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. We had a large patio off the room that we enjoyed. The restarant had good traditional morocan food and friendly staff. They also arranged a wonderful guide for private tours. "
"Hotel in a great location, amazing staff, especially Suqina, charming and kind, always with a smile, Mohammed, a charming and kind man.
This is part of the magic of Morocco: good people and excellent service.
Thank you for a wonderful stay."
"The hotel is beautiful and the pools are nice. It’s wonderful having restaurants in the hotel too. The air conditioning works well and the bathroom is like a spa. Very nice hotel, we hope to stay again."
"10/10! This place was amazing. The staff was so attentive and friendly. The ambiance and room everything was perfect. My two favorite people are Younice and Abderrahim. They made our stay more pleasant and welcoming. You will not regret staying at Longue Vie. From check in to check out was chef’s kiss!"
"Lovely suite, perfect location right next to Gueliz. Very quiet area but what really impressed us was the staff service, everyone was so kind and helpful, especially the reception staff and the stuart who called a taxi for us on the last day. Amazing food, the restaurant is very classy and food so fresh and delicious, we had dinner there and were quite impressed, also the buffet breakfast has many options and lots of good food"
"Amazing hotel. The area was wonderful, safe and with many restaurants and shops. Staff were very kind. The breakfast was one of the best. The heated pool was perfect in February. A nice break from the medina and the business of the city"
"Wonderful stay for our first time in Marrakech. Shopping, dining nearby. Very walkable property with a full spa and Hamman onsite if desired. Had a one hour massage and pedi and the spa is gorgeous and therapists were amazing. The concierge was very helpful and we were given welcome drinks upon check in and they helped arrange a day trip to a beach town during our stay. Hotel is very clean, perfectly decorated in Moroccan style and a breakfast that is included that is delicious and offered...
"We enjoyed staying at this hotel, staff is very nice and facilities very clean, very well located too, probably in the nicest area of Marrakesh, however the hotel is a little bit outdated…"

had a wonderful stay and was truly impressed by the outstanding service from the entire hotel staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit.
A special thank you to bartender Mohammed, who provided exceptional service. He was friendly, professional, and made every visit to the bar enjoyable with his great attitude and excellent drink recommendations. His warm hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to my experience.

Riad Khabia’s staff, Julien and his mother Dani, were absolutely amazing! I wasn’t sure what to expect in Marrakech, and honestly was a little nervous and anxious, but they made me feel very comfortable and
Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. Beautiful riad inside the marketplace in Marrakesh - but NO noise at all from outside. Staff were amazing; every request handled immediately with great attention to detail, and wonderful warmth and courtesy. They truly cared about making every guest feel welcome. The breakfast, which we had served to us on the rooftop, each day, was a great variety of tastes and textures - freshly made. Our toom accomodation was a two floor "apartment", with beautiful...
Enjoyed our last minute stay in an apartment room and actually extended it by 2 days as everything was just so easy and accessible. Staff were excellent, friendly, professional and very helpful with things even outside their remit. Hasna who works at reception in particular was such an asset to our stay and made our time at the hotel so easy and hassle free. Proximity to the airport, cafes, supermarket and restaurants (not in the media) is great. Pools, spa/jaccuzzi, etc. are good for the price....
This hotel will take care of you and get to know you. The room was timeless and a classic Moroccan beauty. This hotel was the best part of our trip to Marrakesh. The Jazz Bar essence and atmosphere is outstanding. I felt like I had been transported in time but with all the amenities. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and been disappointed before but this one gets it right. We felt no need to even leave the hotel in the evenings with the jazz bar and two restaurants. Breakfast is also...
The hotel was exactly as pictured online. We ended up here at the last minute, because the hotel we originally booked was AWFUL and we had to scramble and find something quick at night, and Hotel Ari did not disappoint. It was only for one night, but we would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent and we felt comfortable here and safe after a long day of traveling.
The restaurant was also very nice, we only had breakfast there, but it was very nicely designed!
Straightforward check in service with affable staff, our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable.
The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for our itinerary. Lovely terrace for daily included breakfast, although it was carb heavy, a few more protein options would have been nice to start the day.
A mini fridge and hooks in the bathroom would be good touches for the rooms.
Comfortable stay in a beautiful well curated Riad.
Thank you to all the kind staff members for a...
If you're looking for a hotel and spa where you can be pampered and relax, I highly recommend staying at Al Fassia. Every memeber of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The included breakfast is fabulous, and there is also an on-site restaurant serving lunch poolside, as well as an extensive menu for dinner featuring local specialties. This hotel has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Marrakesh!
Loved their breakfast and their warm welcoming staff. The rooms were very spacious and the hotel features modern furnishings and a trendy style. Wish we could have stayed longer to get to know the vicinity. It was convenient for a late arrival and close to the airport.
This place is beautiful, I could not stop taking pictures. The staff is amazing and super helpful, the breakfast is delicious and the location is great, a couple minutes walking from the souks. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Amazing. Worth every penny! I was sad to leave which is not common. The staff was exceptional. Definitely 5 star service and I would stay here again. Book it!
