6/10 Good

The pros to the property were the nice restaurants and swimming pool, also valet service for taxis, and luggage. The room itself was designed poorly - no desk surface or chair (really bad for working), the bed was comfortable though and it had a nice balcony, and there was a great breakfast buffet, however there was no deadbolt lock at the top of the door, no lock on the balcony, no plug in the bathroom, stained furniture and towels, and noise easily carried in from the hallways.

4/10 Fair

This is not a 5-star hotel! Worn out rooms (bath towels/bed linen/interior), poor service and the so called hairdryer in the room is a joke. On the positive side is the gym (when they manage to open it on time..) the pool area and close to the Medina (5 min with taxi for 50 MAD).

Many staff were not friendly while others were, could be a culture clash. Rooms were amazing and air cond. worked well. Gym is top of the line. Spa was ok, nothing extraordinary but for the rate it suffices. Breakfast is amazing! Pool hours are limited.

8/10 Very good

Room was kept clean daily and staff were very accommodating. Hotel is well placed for the medina, clubs, restaurants and can walk to places if you enjoy a good walk. Hotel has fantastic breakfast and we also had a great meal at the Italian restaurant. There's a mall on site which you can have your hair, pedicure, manicure all done, massage, hammams, saunas, all on site.

Staff was amzing, seems to be overrated for 5 stars, a negative point is that there lots of works going on, at the lobby can barely hear each others, i am sure someone can make the right suggestions
