"As an international traveler from the USA, I was so happy to be checked in my Jose. He was kind and patient, he made sure my questions were answered. It can be stressful not to be fluent in the native language, but Jose was patient and kind. I will absolutely stay again when I am back in town! Thank you!"
Muito burocratico o checki-in, varias exigências.
Camas confortais. Ducha do banheiro forte. Tudo muito bom. Recomendo! "
Super Recomendo!!"
"The hotel is located very near the airport, that’s a plus, nearby chopping center and the coliseum where the event we were attending is located, great costumer service.
Good infrastructure "
"The floor plan and distribution is great. But needs a remodeling for sure. A lot of old furniture, sheets, towels are worn out. However, staff was outstanding and restaurant food was very good"
"Beautiful property, excellent location. Breakfast was served with a variety of options. However, it gets a bit chaotic during busy times. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall we had an excellent experience."

Beautiful property, excellent location. Breakfast was served with a variety of options. However, it gets a bit chaotic during busy times. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall we had an excellent experience.
Check in was seamless. The hotel was modern and lovely. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our belongings. Great bed and pillows. Without exception, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I wish I could remember all their names. A special thank you to Lucas Matheus for all your very kind and attentive service. You made our stay in Belém very memorable.
Great hotel with an excellent location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke English well, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the kindness of all the staff members, including the lady at the breakfast entrance, who greeted guests warmly every morning. Their friendliness and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
In a very strange time of Covid 19, the staff went out of their way to take care of the guests. Instead of the full 10 days stay I ended up leaving Belem and stayed out in a village most of my trip. When I came back into town the hotel was very understanding and gave me the best treatment they could. I do not speak Portuguese and most of the staff does not speak english. For me it was not a problem as I had help with me. Thank you staff for all you did to make sure everything was clean and...
