I stay in Singapore often and have stayed in over 10 different hotels here ranging from $50 a night to $600 a night. Santa Grand in East Coast has become my favorite hotel hands down though. It's an excellent value and in an awesome location for enjoying a relaxing time and holiday. I used to prefer the hustle of the CBD but now I apreciate the chill factor and heritage of the East Coast area of Kalong. I love the staff here, they are all so friendly and helpful and make me feel at home...

The airport bus passes close by and there are many places to eat in the surroundings. The staff was great; very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice. When we wanted to go somewhere they would use an app similar to UBER to get you a better deal. Lots of local food shops near by. Some small music loungies, but fun. marina bay sands and gardens by the bay is 15 mins from the hotel. The Sentosa island is further maybe 20 mins. It was a good location for us, not too far from the fun, but much cheaper to stay here. The bed was comfortable and clean.
