Close to Main Street (downtown Dunedin), easy to walk to most destinations. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, Tea and Coffee available all day. Room Service was timely. Room comfortable and clean.

First of all, the staff are great...friendly and helpful...the hotel itself is beautiful... my new friend, the parking attendant across the hotel... just wished that the hotel bar/restaurant was finished during our stay.... will definitely go back again...

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect !!! I really love everything about this trip my only concern is the ac on my room it was really hot my only dislike other than that everything was perfect the view the sunset and the food !!!!! I will come back for sure ❤️

Property was very clean. Staff and front desk were very friendly.

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. They have done an outstanding job renovating and upkeeping this place. The hotel areas and rooms were impecably clean and the ambiance was from an old high vintage high class hotel. Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

Our stay was fantastic. Only negative would be all of the resort and parking fees. I would honestly rather have them included in the room. We are paying a higher rate to stay at a great hotel and all of the added fees are crazy.

Yes the pool was great a lot of chairs for the guests, pool toys for the kids and adults and clean and friendly staff.

The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.
