We stayed for a few nights here and it’s very nice. All new and luxurious Few teething problems as first day opening but was sorted. Would recommend having a notepad/pen in the room Also a bottle opener would be handy too. Nice and quiet. Great location. Def recommend

This hotel is brand new in Clearwater Beach and perfect for families ! It had only been opened about 5 days prior to my family and I checking in. The facilities are great and clean! The staff is kind and willing to help you with anything that you need on the resort. There is a full kitchen , washer and dryer available for use during your stay. And all the TVs are equipped with your favorite streaming apps and services, we stayed in the Deluxe 2 Bedroom suite with the Marina view and the views are absolutely gorgeous! My kids were attending summer camp at Clearwater Aquarium and we could see them when they went out to snorkel and kayak! Location is perfect as far as views and proximity to Pier 60 , and the other local restaurants. We will be back next year !

I stayed 3 nights It was beautiful Great view And I will be back. Balcony is great to relax! I recommend the Bay view not ocean view as I moved to a new room overnight. The bracelet to get around the hotel, elevator or stairs is annoying honestly.

It’s a brand new hotel so everything was sparkling new! Location is excellent, so close to the beach & easy to get to. The restaurant’s breakfast (avocado toast on homemade sour dough bread w/ a mimosa was delicious! A two-story Walgreens is right across the street with a few aisles of groceries and refrigerated/frozen items. This was ideal for times when we opted to stay in for our meals and prepared in the fully stocked kitchenette. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer really came in handy. No piles of laundry to do when we got home! The wrap around, corner balcony was Devine! It rains a lot in July in FL but we’re Floridians so we knew that & were just happy to get away for a few days. The living room furniture is not very comfy but that’s not that big of a deal to us.

** Caution to EXPENSIVE servce CHARGE ** Nice place, big appartment. New hotel. Room was not clening well, lot of hair in the bath and towel from last renter in the washer machine. I was surprise to be charge a 500$$$ extra services fee, not advertising on Hotel.com. Oven and cook top is RV size, not apropriate for a family. Big living room but only a small love seats and a chair. Not appropriate for a family maybe need more furniture. The elevator is very slow and the staff use it in the daytime to move some stuff, you need to take te next one. Valet parking not speek english, spanish only, you need to go to reception each time you need to ask him something. Pool is nice, restaurant is good and price is ok.

This is a brand new hotel that just opened two weeks ago. The rooms are very clean and modern. Great views of the bay. Very nice kitchen with everything you need. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfy. We loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. Hardly a few minute walk at most. Very close to shops, coffee and restaurants. We did not have a car and it was not a problem at all. Can also use the trolley for $2 and it will take you all around. Highly recommended based on our time here!

It was just opened when we went in and there was no valet for two days and we still had to pay for parking. The room was amazing and the views from the room were also. I think that more information could have been given at front desk when checking in on what was needed to check out. Also information should be given on where trash shoots were and that if you needed any more trash bags or toilet paper and things to ask the front because we went out and bought all those things. The stay over all was great just wanted to let you know some things that could be improved on. Thank y’all for a great stay.

The resort was really good all the way around. They do hide the parking fee of about $40 per day at the time of booking. The hotel is within a walking distance to the beach plus lots of other activities nearby. The hotel was setting up a jetski rental service with about 9 jetskis and a boat. The beautiful water around the hotel is more than perfect for water activities. I would definitely visit again.
