The location was perfect. Walking distance for all the main attractions. Lots of restaurants very close to the property. Never had any issue with the wi-fi. The apartment was so big and pretty. The only issue I had was with the shower, because the shower floor and the bathroom floor is the same, meaning there is no board to prevent the water to go all over the bathroom. Patio de la Alameda is a truly beautiful hotel, though you would not know it from the outside. It is filled with magnificent interior patios and the rooms have a real charm to them. The hotel staff are extremely courteous and helpful.
I'm not sure that we liked Seville as much as we liked the hotel. We found the city confusing and not very walkable, though a cab ride to the Alcazar and the surrounding area took us to the more walkable touristy area filled with gift shops and restaurants.

Great location. Cleaner property that seemed to be somewhat new as of July 2019. Beautiful decor and friendly staff. Wifi worked well and room was clean and sufficiently roomy. Shower was large and clean. One small complaint is that the water from the shower leaked out onto the floor, but I see this a lot in Europe (maybe it is me).
Parking isn't easy, since it's not available close to the hotel. However, Anna on the hotel staff came with us, and helped us park and bring our bags to the hotel through the complicated and narrow streets of the old town neighborhood of Seville. We were amazed by the beautiful and welcoming interior. The breakfasts in the morning were great, and served in style. The room was perfectly comfortable and clean.
I was greeted by Alex in Sevila, he was terrific at helping us get situated. The breakfast was superb with many different choices. The hotel provided a unique curated experience.
Boutique hotel with excellent service!!! Staff was friendly and always available. Location can’t be beat if you’re exploring Seville! Note that if you’re using Uber, they have to drop you off a block away, not really a big issue.
You cannot beat this location. Probably the best location in Seville. Hotel is clean and brand new. Bathroom area is very open but probably a new concept. Personally don’t like the sink area as part of the room but overall great location, clean and very well kept property. The rooftop is amazing. Location, location, location.
