Everything was good. Checking in was easy and the room was clean and neat. The courtyard was lovely for sitting and enjoying drinks. The staff however were not very friendly and not accommodating. Asking for cup of coffee was an inconvenient for them. Others than that we were happy with the location and actual facilities.

Lovely hotel, we arrived earlier than the check-in time and luckily our room was ready very quickly and were able to check-in early which was a bonus! All staff were lovely except one male member of staff at reception who comes across a bit rude. My sister, who stayed a few weeks later, also found this to be the case! The room was nice and spacious and breakfast was good. Staff were great at explaining how to get around and what's nearby. Would stay again if I returned!

Great location, nice hotel. Unfortunately we had a ground floor room across the patio from the main entry (felt like a special accessible room with a ramp for a wheelchair) and right outside of the outdoor patio hosting breakfast/drinks/dinner with windows facing the tables, which limited privacy. I’m sure the hotel is quite charming inside, perhaps rooms upstairs, but we didn’t get to experience it. Maybe next time.

Amazing experience with the best staff and service. The room (401) was lovely with our own patio, and we had dinner twice at the hotel as it was so lovely. The do flamenco nights on Saturday so you can have an immersive experience. I have stayed more central before, but I actually enjoyed the little walk to the centre and the peace of this local neighbourhood. Highly recommended! Thanks team x

The staff were really nice and very helpful. We had a small problem with the shower, and they assisted us promptly. It was also my girlfriend’s birthday, so I asked if they could leave a note in the room as a surprise. They did, and even included a bottle, which was a really lovely touch. Thank you for that. The hotel is easy to access—the bus stop is nearby, and you can also walk to reach the famous places.

All staff from reception to cleaning to dining staff was very helpful and polite. The lady in the dining area name Adriana is outstanding understanding very helpful can’t say enough Kudos about her. Second or equally great is the staff at the front desk. My wife and I travel a lot for years and the staff at Hotel Gil is outstanding fabulous.
