"Everything was great with the exception of the fitness room. Overall, everything was excellent, but the fitness room needs an upgrade, especially the treadmill. The belts were very loose other than that, Grand Hotel Sofia is absolutely Stunning."
"The breakfast was basic. On the second morning I have decided not to waste my time and went straight to the train station to catch my train. The room was clean but there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the common areas. The staff of the spa was not interested to assist you in anything, and that is of course after the charged you with 3 euro for swimming cap."
"The breakfast was quite healthy and lavish, with a nice view of the main road/boulevard. The hotel is centrally located. From the airport, a Yellow Taxi costs between 12 euros and 15 euros.
The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom was clean. Complimentary coffee is provided. "
"The hotel was very new and modern but there was a very hazardous door stop in the middle of the common area bottom of staircase and entrance to dinning room that even when notified to the staff they did nothing about it. Several other guest we spoke with mentioned the same danger and experience with it, and they also said the staff did nothing about it "
