"I highly suggest not attempting to stay here.
The key word here being "attempting", because check-in time is at 10pm at night, and after showing up at 9pm, we were told that not only was check-in time at 11pm, but that our reservation had been cancelled without our knowledge. The reasoning given for the cancellation was that they couldn't reach us and validate our reservation by phone.
Not only am I skeptical that this is a legitimate reason, but the other strange things about this...
"Staff came automatically once they realised we struggled with self check in. Let us check in early. The room smelled like cigarettes. Staff quickly appointed us a different room. Matress was soft but very comfy. Location is great as you can go to Hongdae or the two palaces very quickly via subway. There is lot's to do in the neighborhood itself, but the hotel is in a rather quiet alley."
"Bed was very hard (okay for me but maybe not for everyone). Shower is just a shower head in the bathroom, no shower curtain or anything. Weird smell from the AC. Overall comfy and cheap, good vibes from the whole building. "

Eunpyeong-gu is home to Jingwansa Temple, so why not stop by during your stay in Seoul. Why not take a stroll along the riverfront and watch the sunset while you're here? It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. Seoul has many other landmarks you might want to see such as Bukchon Hanok Village and Gyeongbokgung Palace.
If you want to see a show while you're in town, try and grab some tickets at Samtoh Blue Bird Theater in Eunpyeong-gu. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. If you enjoy the show and want to see another, Myeongdong Nanta Theatre, Myeongdong Theater, and Hongdae Music Show Theatre are not far.
Eunpyeong-gu is home to Korea SGI Eunpyeong Cultural Center, so why not stop by during your stay in Seoul. If you have fun at Korea SGI Eunpyeong Cultural Center, you'll love Sejong Cultural Center and Bukchon Traditional Culture Center, both located nearby.
The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is close to several tourist locations, restaurants and shopping areas. The access is pretty easy from the airport (the bus stops right at the door) or by train (Seoul station is just 15 min by taxi), something really helpful if you come with family.
We chose it for the indoor pool, which has a couple of jacuzzi next to it. It was a perfect choice to relax after walking around.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...
Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.
The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....
I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. Their Concierge Team is top notch assisting with reservations, transportation, anything you need. Their room service was reasonably priced...
Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.
