I was initially only going to stay at Best Western Biri for 3 nights & then switch hotels but decided to stay at the hotel for all 8 nights I was in Padova. The rooms were clean, very spacious and the a/c was strong (which was important since there was a major heatwave at the time). The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. If you need documents printed, they will print it for you. I wanted to print a photo of my dog who I recently lost to bring to the Basilica and Caty, the front desk...
My wife and I stayed in this hotel 2 nights in May 2017. Everything was near perfect. The hotel is true 5* beautiful, very clean and comfortable. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. It is surrounded by a very beautiful garden. The lobby, the restaurants, the room, the bathroom were so-o-o beautiful! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was perfect, the high quality linen were clean. It was so quiet, we slept very well. The room was very spacious, with beautiful wall to wall...
The uniqueness of the property is when you can relax to your liking with no fancy codes or other restrictions! They took a great care of us with some midday food on on the house and other gestures ….. we are so thankful to the entire Aqua Hotel team! Gov well done! 👍
Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 night stay here. Excellent staff that actually came and picked me up one evening when I took the wrong bus back from Venice. Easy train ride to and from the city. About a 5 minute walk to the station. Quiet, relaxing, just what was needed! Good restaurant next door too.
It's a little far from Venice and doesn't have a shuttle, but for us for one day it was a treat. We took a taxi that cost 30 euros each way, we had so little time it made it worth it. The place is lovely even if the paintings are a bit camp after you have seen the masterpieces in Venice. The grounds and interior are lovely, gracious, and comfortable. The pool is elegant, but I wish it were open longer, it was hard to make time to swim before or after our excursions. The rooms are very nice...
This is a relatively small hotel, more of a B&B type, in a great central location. Room was great, served breakfast, small gym and a spa area. What stood out were the people, amazing customer service.
