"We had an amazing time. It felt like a really family oriented hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice facilities. Even a small gym, wich was’nt listed. The room was fantastic, however if you have problems with stairs, maybe not the hotel for you. Our aircondition broke one day, but the hotel fixed it straight away and was very helpful. You could also get breakfast to go if you needed it for a Tripp."

Parking was a bit of a walk (due to the location on the harbor it was not possible to park next to the hotel), but the beauty of the room, amazing view, and friendly staff more than made up for the walk.
This hotel has a high rating for a reason.
Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear.
Will be staying again.
Very nice city hotel , clean, quiet and comfort. Close to the city center , around 6-8 minutes walking and only 2 minutes from Koum - Kapi.

Nearly new, very nice, comfortable. Great location for visiting the old town area. Our sea view room had a beautiful view of the ocean and the venetian wall. Free public parking across the street.
When I say this hotel is a five star experience, it even feels like an understatement. From the staff to the view and the idyllic environment, The Theodore is perfection. I hesitate to even write a review because I worry it will get overrun with tourists, but not writing it would be a disservice to the hotel. It’s beyond expectations. A perfect place for a quiet beach stay.

Had a beautiful time was very taken care of by staff left us the cutest Honeymoon decor in our room. Lots of kids but didn’t bother us at all. Was in a perfect spot to rent a car walk the beach have dinner.
It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach.
A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room.
The location is also very convenient—just a short taxi or bus ride from...
My and my boyfriend really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was hospitable and helpful, trying to make your stay comfortable. Our room was well-cleaned daily. It had two separate beds, one next to another, two bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk with two chairs, mirrror and little fridge. We booked room with beautiful sea view (little more expensive) from large balcony with small plastic table and two chairs. If it comes to bathroom, shower was little annoying beacuse of small shower tray - after taking...
We visited the Resort off season (mid-october) and did not reap its benefits. The resort located in Agia Marina (15km from Chania Town). The resort is split into two sections (across the road) and connected via overpass. The section closer to the beach has rooms with individual swimming pools, separate breakfast buffet, underground parking lot with elevator. The section across the road has much larger buffet, all hotel services such as concierge, spa, shops, conference rooms, hotel rooms... Both...
Room was clean and spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful, a/c worked very well, room decor was intentional and practical. Breakfast was very good, too!

This was my favorite hotel in Crete. Very well decorated and stylish, while retaining a Greek islands feel. Eva and staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this for your stay in chania.
El desayuno es muy rico y variado, todo el personal es muy amable y atento, tiene muy buena ubicación, el cuarto es muy amplio y tiene muchas amenidades que se aprecian y la cama es muy cómoda, el jacuzzi en el techo está deli, nos tocó ver un hermoso atardecer… nos encantó este hotel !!
