"It was a nice hotel in a nice location. It was just a block away from Michigan Ave. and right by Trader Joe's and several bars and restaurants. The room was big and clean and it came with a mini fridge and espresso machine. The shower was huge and there was plenty of warm/hot water. There was also a couch to sit on and an extra storage cabinet. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked questions."

"The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is showing it's age. Our room had a portable floor a/c unit. The window was closed shut with black electrician's tape. The hot and cold water knobs were loose and came off easily. Even with these small issues, the hotel is still one of a kind. The view can't be beaten. The front desk staff went out of their way to answer our questions."

Holstein Park is worth a pic or two when discovering Bucktown. Chicago has many other popular activities you might want to visit such as Wrigley Field and Soldier Field.
If you want to see a show while you're in town, try and grab some tickets at Gorilla Tango Theatre in Bucktown. If you enjoy the show and want to see another, The Salt Shed, Athenaeum Theatre, and Steppenwolf Theatre are not far.
I don’t write reviews ever, but I will for Ray’s Bucktown B&B! The place was phenomenal!! The owners make you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The amenities, cleanliness, free made to order breakfast, and service can’t be beat. It’ll be our go to place to stay from now on when we are in CHI!
This lovely hotel is nestled in a neighborhood that is quiet and very upscale. There are several restaurants in the area as well as a bar and restaurant (serving limited light fare) in the hotel lobby. For our purposes, it was located and very walkable.

The staff was amazing and the room was super spacious and clean!! The best layout of a room for a family of 3 who enjoy separate beds and a little privacy. We had the room with two queen beds and a sofa. Amazing view of chicago from the sky deck and the pool was a nice temp! Breakfast had great options and was delicious! Rosemary seasoned potatoes and captain crunch caught my eye! The elevator was a bit hard to navigate at times as you need a key. But great safety feature so no complaints!...
Wonderful boutique hotel in excellent Fulton Market area. Walkable to excellent dining and shopping options. The staff were all very friendly and efficient and we loved the convenience of the attached coffee shop.
The Drake is an awesome place to stay downtown. Right next to the water (where you can rent bikes and go for a ride along the beach) and next to all shopping and food districts. Perfect stay.
