Very helpful staff & excellent restaurant.

As a person in a wheelchair, I appreciated the simple layout of the rooms. Easy place to store my chair (I'm always looking for the place of the outlets) and pretty simple desk chairs to use. The beds are always too high for me so I always need to boost myself with the desk chairs. Some hotels go over the top with their desk chairs making it hard to climb into bed. But this was pretty straight forward.

The property is clean and maintained with all the right room touches for a delightful work stay — netflix, washer & dryer, kitchenette, usable fridge, fast wifi, and space to work.

water in shower would go hot to cold daily in the morning hours, other then that, nice place!

Have stayed here many times now and never had anything but a pleasant stay. Make sure to add breakfast which has a large variety to choose from, as not much else around. Short 15 min walk to the casino for food and drinks and a bit more for a lot more options. Parking is not on site and they offer a discounted rate of $30 overnight in the DFO Carpark, however at the rear is $20 overnight in the main carpark or on the street is free from 6pm until 8am. Bar is quiet small in foyer but comfy...

The room exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities offered. Location was ideal for travel to both St. Kilda and the CBD. Staff members were kind and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate booking the property on a future Melbourne visit.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, they were great! We enjoyed our stay here very much. Close to Chinatown and within walking distance to many attractions such as Federation Square and Victoria Market.

We loved everything about the hotel! Many dining options, great distance to everything, free tram nearby, free self-service laundry, warm indoor pool, apples available daily, and soooo much more!

Clean but small rooms, guiet

The hotel is convenient to the train station - just a five minute walk. Everything you need - including great food - is just st a quick walk away. The staff is present and accommodating. Good security measures in place.

Basic comfortable hotel. Great convenient location to everything I needed. I was only in city 2 nights for concert at Marvel. Only problem was lift not working and had to carry heavy bag up/ down 3 flights. Staff wonderful.

Absolutely amazing stay. Great staff, welcoming, accommodating and very genuine! We loved our one night stay at this perfect location in the Yarra Calley. Highly recommend!
