It was nice to have drink service. However, the steps to enter the toilet and bathroom in the room were large, and since I'm an old person, I couldn't lift my legs and almost fell many times.

The room is very very small. Is about 15mins walking to Kumamoto Station, or to shopping area downtown, but tram and bus is just outside. Love the open bar from 6pm to 9pm, as well as the free drinks from the vending machine in the morning. The breakfast was acceptable too. Thank for you the wonderful stay. Oh and I heard that 2 of the dryer was not working. So my husband had to wait a while to dry our clothes.

ホテル内に大浴場があり、ほぼ24時間入浴できるので、部屋のバスタブは一度も使用しませんでした。 タバコを吸うので喫煙ルームを選びましたが、部屋が全然タバコの匂いが染み付いておらず快適でした。 また1階にソフトドリンク、アルコールが飲み放題のドリンクバーがあり、何回も利用させてもらいました。 部屋着も素材がジャージで着やすくリラックスできました。 いろいろな面で大満足のホテルです
