Nice hotell. Good breakfast. Most of staff are friendly. The one thing that was bad was the loud music that started in the middle of the night and lasted until 08.00 in the morning. Apparently from the building next door.. but it was quiet outside. The driver they got me to take me to the airport and back wad good, friendly and helpful.

The hotel only take cash for the safe deposit. I landed on an early flight, my room was ready and vacant but the hotel denied letting me check in a couple hours early. No knowledge of customer service concept. The room floor was dirty, hair from other passengers and the room didn't have slippers. I called the front desk to get slippers and gave me dirty used slippers with very bad smell. The neighborhood is also the wrong one. I strongly suggest to skip this hotel.

Great location good hotel, great value for money

This hotel was in the middle of the hustle and bustle which we liked. Right next to all the amenities of the city. Food , shopping the lively nightlife Good value for money, when we go back to Bangkok for 2 nights we will stay again. There’s a chain that sits just up from this hotel that does street painting of any photo well worth a visit. I’ve ordered 9 photos for my return to Bangkok

hotel is nice, breakfast only is available, no other meals. At night, the room lighting is very limited, so the room appears very dark. But during the day, with the curtains open, the room is very bright. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location close to grocery store, street food and other restaurants. And close to BTS.

Quiet location, staff were good. Expedia booking is a rip off for anyone in Australia & support or lack of support proves this company is not ethical. Gym is very small but functional for 1-2 people at a time. Pool is OK. Pool bar non-existent which could work if smoking was restricted to tables just next to entry on ground floor, in other words smoking shouldn't be permitted in the pool area (8th floor), though perhaps smoking could be permitted after pool closes at 7pm.

The room had a nasty smell coming out the bathroom drain, stunk up all the room. They did spray some odor killing spray and got moved to a better room the next morning.

Clean modern hotel. Room a little on the small side but not really an issue. Gym equipment provided but limited variety. Breakfast really good. Overall very satisfied. Have stayed in a few 4 star hotels on this trip and Glow is very well representative of 4 stars. We were very happy with this hotel compared to the other "4 starred" hotels we stayed at. Shopping areas eg. Terminal 21 approx 10-15min walk. Other shopping areas accessible via the skytrain. Nearest skytrain Nana station within 5min walk.
