Room was a bit historic, but had a perfect time at this hotel. The buffet breakfast was spectacular with exceptional staff, perfect location, and overall the hotel exceeded expectations.

Overpriced for the amenities, but it was a nice stay. Great location. Breakfast buffet was the least impressive of any hotel on our Norway trip, but still no bad. Not a lot of options in Flam and this was decent.

We had a great stay! The staff were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely needed a room with a shower rather than a bathtub, and they kindly gave us an accessible room at no extra charge. We really appreciated their understanding and flexibility. We would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast is outstanding. So is dinner. The bread! The brown cheese! All of the smoked fish. There aren’t many options in town. The convenience was perfect for making train connections. I enjoyed a gin tonic featuring their own gin at the bar.

Great location. Double occupancy rooms on the 4th floor are really a US sized double bed.fine if you are cuddlers! Staff is exceptional for a large seasonal hotel.

6/10 Good

Disappointing - room - Junior suite - so not cheap - on the ground floor looked into the car park and cruise ship blocking the view of the fjord. Quite public as people walked past. Old hotel with noisy plumbing - again - ground floor seemed to hear every time a tap was used above - not the restful evening we had planned. Breakfast was good
