Really liked the way access to the beach. The room was gross to be honest. There was dust built up on the light fixtures, the walls were dirty, there was little cockroaches in the room, and the shower didn’t work properly. We also didn’t have shampoo or conditioner in the room only hand soap.

The un8t itself was ok. I thing fancy but it was clean and the staff were very nice. I was just VERY disappointed that the rom looked nothing like the picture. Not even close. I understand a wal instead of a window or slightly misrepresented but that picture is modern and right on the beach. Our unit needed work and was in a hotel.

We stayed in room 402. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The cooking supplies were limited, but adequate. A measuring cup would have been helpful, but everything else was fine. The convection oven/microwave combo was a pleasant surprise. The beach chairs and umbrella were also nice. We enjoyed our stay and loved the area. The Collins Express trolley was fantastic for visiting different locations along the beach. We loved all of the restaurants nearby and the boardwalk along the beach. We received excellent communication prior to arriving and periodically throughout our stay. The property was somewhat dated and not all rooms had balconies, but ours did. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the price and location.

This property is THE CASABLANCA on Collins Avenue and 63rd street in Miami Beach. As I entered the room I noticed a new floor fan in a box on bed then realized AIR CONDITIONING does not work. I tried to contact the owner of the unit via email and phone calls but no reply for three days. The anverage temperature outside was 74 degrees the room temperature was 86 degrees.

The hotel was very dirty, the room was extremely dirty I never took off my shoes because the floor was disgusting. Mirror wasn't cleaned and dirt on door and walls. The AC was not working most of the week. No clean towels. The front desk was for parking payment only. No one to connect with regarding all the issues! The description said beach front studio but we had a view of a parking lot. Very disappointed with Expedia! And I thought I was going to get a partial credit but that hasn't happened.

Don’t stay here!

I knew in booking this was budget. The lobby was dated but fine. The room itself was average. There was a puddle on the floor from the leaking freezer/fridge. There was mold or something on the tiles. The bathroom fan that would not shut off and was so loud we could not sleep. For fun we tested it and it was 75 dB. The toilet also ran adding to the noise level. Maintenance did come and try to fix it, but it did not help. The owner of this studio said it was not his/her fault that was work being done on the neighbor unit. “It was not their problem.” It was so gross, we were unable to sleep so we checked out and went to an awesome hotel down the street. The view was of a dirty rooftop of a next The view was of a dirty rooftop of a next-door hotel. Super disappointing. I would not stay here.

Was not clean and not what was posted

The unit was dirty, cofee machine and toaster showed long time dust sticked to them. Cutlery had chunks of old food. We needed to clean everything as soon as we arrived. We rented it for 4 people though there where only 2 glasses, 2 beach towels, 2 big shower towels, 2 medium and 2 hand towels. Teflon on pans was distroyed as if it has been in use for years. In the posted picks the unit was supposed yo have an excelent view, whem we arrived we saw you do see the sea of you get close to the window and look yo your left. Otherwise you see a huge never maintained terrace and all the rest of the units looki g at you through the window.

When i arrived at 4AM someone was in my room. Had Double booked us. Told me we’re given the wrong room number. The room we paid for was a Ocean View. They gave me an extra night with a half ocean view and city where there was construction workers looking in my room the whole time. After the night we found bite marks all over our bodies. Bed bugs. i felt unsafe because the security guard cat called me and asked me to dance on him? Just completely ridiculous. -5/10

Hello, I stayed with my husband at the Casablanca hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. I was unaware that each condo inside the hotel was privately owned by different individuals. We had issues with our air conditioning. It was hot and muggy in the room. We also had issues with our television, as it would reset every single day, in Spanish. We were told by the front desk that we had to contact the individual owner about the television. We decided to try and figure it out ourselves, as we are on our honeymoon and didn’t want wasted time. We asked the front desk for a roll of toilet paper, only to be told once again to contact the private owner. Their is a kitchen in our condo, however every dish was extremely greasy and dirty, like it hadn’t been washed for the next guests. The cabinets and floors were extremely dirty as well. I was intending on having a better stay here for my honeymoon, but unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my stay here. I contacted the hotel about this issue & they were extremely rude and told me to use a travel agency next time. It’s clear I used Expedia and never had this problem. They said that this used to be a hotel but no longer is, and that it’s just private apartments. They did not specify that when booing or after booking. UNTIL I sent an email. I’m not sure if casabalanca is the name on Expedia, but it’s not a hotel anymore. We paid a good amount for this, I am in hopes for a possible partial refund, as this wasn’t what I had expected.
