Surprise

Check in at 3am. The reservation counter give me time to check out. This is the best experience I had. The hotel bed is comfortable but the cleaner service was so so. The trash at the lobby wasn’t empty it even been full for the days. Need to improve on the cleaning side. A lot of ant if you bring in food and forget to clean. Need to do mite terminator frequently. Overall the hotel is good and comfortable.

Die englischen Sprachkenntnisse sind SEHR gering. Ein Omeltte besteht anscheinend aus 2 Spiegeleinern, 2 Stück Fleisch sowie etwas Gemüse... Es muss sehr, sehr lange her sein dass hier einmal internationale Gäste abgestiegen sind... Das Hotel liegt in einem Krankenhaus Bezirk. In der Lobby sitzen Patienten die auf Ihren Termin warten, Ärzte und Krankenhausangestellte treffen sich für Meetings bzw. zum Mittagessen.

The only thing that impressed me about this stayed was the front desk lady name Tracy. She tried her very best to accommodate and most of, she is exceptionally hard working. Water pressure in the bathroom were inadequate and constant noises from ambulances because it’s right next to the hospital. Tracy was very apologetic and tried her best to provide her best hospitality. I see she worked every shift without a break. I respect her professionalism. The owner is very lucky to have her. Thanks Tracy.
