The hotel only provided tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner for two guests. At breakfast, my friend and I took a small banh mi and a small croissant to finish on the go. Although the manager saw us leaving and did not say anything at the time, she later instructed a staff member to chase after us and confiscate the food. I understand there may be rules about not taking food out of the restaurant, but the staff’s hostile attitude was very disappointing. We felt extremely humiliated by the experience. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not stay here again."

"Breakfast was ample, check in was fast and efficient, rooms were small but adequate, the location was minutes away, and the staff was friendly. If you are flying domestically after your stay, be sure to give yourself a few extra minutes, because the shuttle doesn’t run to the domestic terminal, and you will need to board a second shuttle for a short ride."
