Windsor Plaza Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is absolutely excellent—right next door to a multi-level shopping plaza with plenty of options to explore. Just remember to bargain before making any purchases! Everywhere you look, there are restaurants and street vendors on every corner, making it incredibly convenient to find great food and soak in the local atmosphere.
What truly made our stay special was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team went above and beyond by preparing our room with thoughtful touches that made the occasion feel extra meaningful. It was such a lovely surprise and made us feel truly valued as guests.
Thank you to the entire team for giving us such a memorable and special experience—we’ll definitely cherish it and hope to return again in the future."
"The hotel itself was very elegant and luxurious. The staff was friendly, helpful and extremely respectful. All of the amenities were top notch making The Reverie a great place to stay."
"The location of the hotel is great and the staff is amazing. We had to leave early to catch our flight and the offer us to prepare a breakfast with coffee to take-out. So nice. They stayed with us until we left. They were so kind. We will cherish the souvenir."
"This was the most luxurious experience I had in Vietnam. The room was gorgeous, the hotel staff was friendly, polite, and helpful, the room service and rooftop dining were both spectacular, and the location could not have been better. I was extremely happy with my stay, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip to HCMC."
