Very clean and spacious room. Very warm and helpful staff at every level. The hotel has a clean, fresh, Japanese minimalist decor. Breakfast was substantial and offered a broad variety of options. The rooms were kept fresh and clean. The staff consistently went above and beyond such as Alex or others being ready with a hand towel when I stepped back into the hotel on a rainy day or other staff meeting me at the door of the taxi in front with an open umbrella. The location is right in District 1. I will definitely return.

A small, newly renovated hotel that is exceptionally clean, even in the smallest corners. The room is comfortable—not spacious, but well-equipped and perfect for one person. I was pleased to find that all the power outlets work properly (you would be surprised how many non-functional sockets you can find in some hotels!).All of the staff members I met were friendly and courteous. Tommy, in particular, offered me plenty of great dining ideas. A hotel i wouldn’t mind revisiting next time in Ho Chi Minh city.

The hotel is nicely decorated and is located near the Japan street - easy to get food. Breakfast is nice - the spread is less than international big hotels but you can see that they put in effort in the preparations. only downside is the aircon in room 301 had some minor problem and have to get the technician in to resolve it.

The Japanese style to this hotel is a highlight, it’s minimalistic, clean and the location is surrounded by wonderful Japanese restaurants both affordable and high end. I loved this hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The tea service in the afternoon, great! I loved the cold plunge. The staff was amazing and so kind. The only item for improvement is the jacuzzi on the roof. Gorgeous and wonderful but the surrounding area caused an unpleasant smell up there

The daily breakfast had many options and the food was always delicious!! The menu was a wide variety of fruit, eggs made your way, pho, steamed dumplings, bacon, sausage, breads, fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee! The rooms are smallish but the bedding is so comfortable! What made my stay exceptional was the staff .. truly the best experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Amaya Saigon Boutique Hotel and will stay again next time I visit!! If I could give 10 stars for the service alone I would!!
