The location was perfect for me. The train was super accessible, with the station entrance/exit right in front of the hotel. There were also three 7-Elevens within two blocks, which was really convenient. It was also close to Ginza, so getting around and walking to different spots was easy. The room was small, but as a solo traveller, I didn’t mind at all. I also appreciated the option to place signs on the door if you wanted your room cleaned or just needed fresh towels. The hotel also provided toiletries in the lobby like toothbrushes and combs, and some additional amenities were available upon request, which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Come on... this is Japan.... of course the property was clean and the staff polite, professional and efficient! The remm had larger rooms from the other places I stayed during my trip and it also came with a massage chair, which was needed after all the journeys I traveled. Highly recommended. Only draw back is perhaps the surrounding night life but again, we are in Japan... just take a train!!!

The hotel location was excellent!! And the room itself wasn't bad – definitely a small room (as is the case with lots of places in Japan). The bathroom was tiny, and the towels were the worst quality! The front desk personnel weren't quite as helpful as we hoped, though friendly enough.

Location is great,10 minute walk to Tokyo Station, Kyobashi metro directly in front of the hotel on the other side of the street. We appreciated the breakfast offered in the morning, if you don’t want breakfast you can opt for lunch instead on designated days but inquire to staff. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, room not large but not extremely small either. Very welcoming staff, and we liked that the lobby was on the 7th floor and not street level. Will stay here again and will recommend to others as well.
