Fantastic weekend

Our weekend away was fantastic. We went to St Michael's Mount walking the causeway to the island, that was amazing. The island its self was beautiful, you need some good walking shoes to go the castle but when you were up there it was like being on top of the world. From the balcony you could look down on the gardens which looked a lot different than when you were walking them. There were alot of people there but didnt make any difference to the peacefulness that you felt. The Godolphin was a lovely hotel nothing was to much trouble for the staff they helped in every way. Most of our meals were by the window looking out to St Michael's Mount which was amazing , watching the tide going in and out. The Hotel was very clean and tidy . The standard was very high but a relaxed feel which was great. The staff always had smiles on their faces and were very polite. We had a great weekend sitting on the balconies in the sun had a brilliant time.

From our first entry onto the property until the end, everything was first rate. Our main reason for staying there was to visit St Michaels Mount and both our room and breakfast had unobstructed views of the Mount. We had an amazing visit.

This hotel is a showstopper. We had a room overlooking the castle island and could hear the waves crash at night. The staff, the breakfast and all of the amenities were 5 stars all the way. We absolutely loved staying here.

Another fantastic stay at The Godolphin for us! The staff are so welcoming, warm and gracious from the receptionists to housekeeping and the dining staff. They’re so accommodating and welcoming of our children, which is so lovely. The food is divine; I especially enjoyed the mushroom gnocchi and pork belly and my husband loved the fish and chips and chocolate fondant. Staff go above and beyond every time to make the experience a lovely one. Special thanks to Prue and Riley for looking after us so well and the lovely girls on reception. We stayed in Penzer Point again and it’s such a gorgeous room; the view is everything! We left a £60 as a small thank you; please enjoy a drink on us!!! We’ll be back again for sure.

It was our first time in Cornwall and we booked the Godolphin to stay in and we was not disappointed. The Hotel, the staff, the restaurant, the service, the room, everything was a 10/10 and we couldn’t be happier. The manager and the reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely will be booking this hotel again for when ever me and my family come back to Cornwall as it’s literally perfect.

Room could use a new mattress but the view and staff made up for it. We stayed just to visit St. Michael’s mount. We had a stunning view of the mount and sea. Ate dinner and breakfast on site, walked on the beach, and the hotel allows you to park until 14:00. I would definitely come back!

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was amazing. Stunning location overlooking the sea, very chilled and relaxing and extremely dog friendly. The staff were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We are planning our return trip!
