Truly the best stay. Everyone there is so friendly and goes above and beyond with the little things like breakfast, cookies, asking if you need anything, etc. saw the most gorgeous sunset, even a local said the “area behind the police station” is one of the best views of the sunset on the island.

Beautiful hotel slightly off the beaten path (about a mile from Shoreham/Ferry area.) View is fantastic, people are great, room beautiful and bed comfy. And the breakfast was fantastic (although no donuts, boo hoo). Staff was so helpful and friendly. Nice place to sit outside and enjoy the view. Breakfast area also served as a great place to hang out at night and play games. Unfortunately the nor'easter chased us off a day early. We would definitely go back.

We stayed in room 9. It was very comfortable, very spacious. There are windows on three sides so there was a great breeze across that kept us cool without the AC. Andreas helped us carry a bag up to the 3rd floor since the elevator stops at 2. We liked this location, one mile from town. It was very walkable, to and from the ferry. The gorgeous beach is less than a 1/2 mile away. The Oar restaurant is about 1/2 mile up the road which is a great spot for good food and drinks while overlooking the marina.

This is a charming Inn near New Harbor. There is a basic breakfast and the rooms are not too small. I would give them 5 stars if the beds were upgraded -- my mattress was very soft and needed a refresh. But if you don't have a bad back and can get the numeric room key access to work (i had to get a card from them to get in my room) you can't beat the location or the people.
