Stunning place

We were in Matera for a wedding and had an incredible stay. The accommodation had a stunning terrace with views to the cathedral and old town. Thee we room was beautifully renovated and retained all its wonderful features. The owner was fantastic - so helpful and informative and even drove us to our car hire location when we were unable to get a taxi. Both Matera and Pietragialla were magical.

Incredible room, incredible hosts, and incredible location. Right in the middle of the old town it was easy to walk to any shop or restaurant. Staying in a cave hotel was a once in a life time experience. Matera is a beautiful town rich in history. Absolutely recommend!

A localização do hotel é maravilhosa para quem quer ficar no coração do centro histórico de Matera, uma das cidades mais antigas do mundo. Embora de difícil acesso para chegar com as malas por conta de ficar em área restrita para veículos não cadastrados|autorizados, não tivemos problema, pois o dono do hotel foi nos buscar onde estacionamos o carro. Ele foi muito atencioso e gentil! Ficamos num quarto com terraço e a vista era incrível.
