Hostel One Madrid

Bonito hostel en el mismo centro de la ciudad de madrid. Muy accesible. La calidad de atencion del personal es la que más destaca. Volvería!.

Great staff, very helpful, using google translate to communicate with guests. beautiful outside area to sit. table tennis outside. Close to the metro system, close to all food and shopping areas.

Great hospitality. Valentin made sure my stay was perfect. Would love to stay here next time I am in Madrid.

I stayed here for a few days after staying at another, popular hostel in the centre of Madrid. The location was not great and at least a 15 minute walk to the centre. The surrounding area was ok and there are a few small bars around. I liked the fact that they put on activities for the guests which is a great way to get to meet people. As it’s a smaller hostel it is really good for for that so I would recommend if your on your own. They have a meal at 9.00pm for everybody but you have to Be quick as the food will disappear after 2 minutes! The only ‘downside’ to this place is that it is a little dated in comparison to Hostel Mala, which has a great location and very modern furniture. But this is great for couple nights, particularly if you’re on your own. I stayed in a 4 bed room which had it’s own en-suite, though the walls are paper thin and you can hear literally everything when somebody is in the bathroom! They did have a communal bathroom though, which is useful. The lockers can be locked but they aren’t massive and can just about fit a medium size backpack.

This is my first time staying at a hostel and I have to say Hostel One Madrid set the bar very high! Amazing service, staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. I loved the daily activities to explore the area with other guests. Everyone is super friendly. The location is fantastic, lots of hip bars, food, and away from crowded tourist areas. Directions on website from airport to hostel via metro were extremely helpful. I highly recommend!

Very good hostel, friendly atmosphere, beautiful district, free breakfast and dinner, nice staff.

Just right place for one night in Madrid near the location we needed to be at. Hostel is simple but friendly, comfortable but expensive.

Warm staff and customers

Great experience. I arrived a little before 10pm and the whole gang was there eating and conversing together. I was offered a cup of hot chocolate and was offered a plate of amazing pasta. My bed was so comfortable and roomates were great people as well. I left early morning and drank a cup of coffee and a piece of delicious bread that they offered. I cannot wait to go back and stay for a longer period of time. Highly reccomend. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great hostel, clean, and well located. The nightly dinners and organized outings made it very easy to meet people while traveling solo. Social atmosphere in the common areas. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Met all of my expectations.
