Don't want to be at Bee House

This place is billed as an apartment/homestay type accommodation. And there is some kind of shared kitchen somewhere in the building. But the room itself was a mediocre hotel room - no amenities, no refrigerator, no furnishings beyond a bed, a sort of kitchen table chair, and a cabinet for clothes. The fitted sheet on the bed did not actually fit the bed, so each morning I woke up wrapped up in the bedsheet on the bare mattress. And of course, no service person of any kind in the building. A lot of comfy apartment accommodations in Hanoi - this is not one of them. Never again.

A home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at Mia’s apartment. As it is close to Hoan Kiem Lake, most of the sights are within walking distance. The host were really helpful cause they let us checked in the apartment earlier. When we had a problem with the TV they fixed immediately. We can only recommend Mia’s place to everyone.

Spacious, clean room in a quiet location

We love the room at this little gem in Hanoi, it's spacious, clean in a handy location; much better than those small - narrow - windowless rooms in the Old Quarter for the same budget. Mia and her family were extremely friendly and helpful, they helped to arrange the airport transfers and our Halong and Ninh Binh trips without any hassles. This place made us feel like real home while traveling, couldn't pick any better spot. We will definitely stay at Bee House again when we come back next year.
