Loved everything about Hébé Hotel! Staff went beyond to help w/reservations, suggestions & answering questions, spoke English, nice electric bikes available for rent, food & service very nice! We visited Annecy airport with a small airplane. The Uber to the hotel took only 12 minutes or so. The hotel is conveniently located to explore the city, has very friendly staff and the property is very clean. Great simple breakfast! A crib was provided for our 1-year-old child. Merci beaucoup!

I was expecting a boutique hotel but it is far from being a boutique. Old building and almost none amenities. The pictures showed a fantastic balcony and it has a terrible view. Super expensive for what it is.
